Refund, Cancellation & Service Delivery Policy

Service Delivery

  • School fees can be paid online through the School Parent App (NeverSkip).
  • Upon successful payment, a digital fee receipt will be generated within the school Parent App. The school will not issue a separate physical receipt for payments made through the Parent App. Parents/guardians are requested to download and retain the fee receipt from the Parent App for their future reference and records.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the fee payment has been successfully processed, the transaction cannot be cancelled through the online payment portal.

Refund Policy

  • All fees paid through the online payment portal are final and non-refundable.
  • In the event of an excess payment, duplicate transaction, or any genuine error, parents/guardians may submit a written request to the school.
  • Any payment gateway convenience charges, bank charges, or transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
